Ensenada and Wine Country tour!
A narrated tour featuring a scenic drive along the Mexican Gold Coast! Our firststop, the beautiful Valle de Guadalupe, once a Russian settlement, is now one of Mexico’s oldest wine country offering some of the finest wines. We will visit 2 vineyards where you can taste not only great wine but also homemade products like bread, cheese, olive oil and more.
Next, we travel on to the city of Ensenada, on the way we will enjoy a breath taking view of the city and harbor. As we drive through downtown, we will see the el Parque Revolución with numerous species of shade trees and the famous Monument to the Mothers. Next we will see the Civic Square with its giant busts of mexican heroes. We will then pass by Ensenada’s most impressive building, the former hotel and casino, La Rivera del Pacífico, once believed to be financed by Al Capone. After this, you will have time to lunch and shop in downtown. Finally you will visit one winery in the city before we come back.
